Two of the greatest shooters in NBA history, Curry and Thompson have single-handedly changed the way the game is played. In the past, the game was played through power-forwards and centers that would score in the paint and through the low-post, as the three-point shot was not really a big part of the NBA. 

Guys like Reggie Miller, Ray Allen and Kyle Korver began to change the narrative over the years and when the duo of Curry and Thompson was formed, the three-point shot suddenly became the pinnacle of NBA basketball.

To this point in their careers, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson have combined to make 4,922 combined three-pointers in a Warriors’ uniform, the most combined threes out of any pair of teammates in NBA history by a wide margin. 

This season, the Warriors find themselves 42-16 and well on their way to making it back to the NBA playoffs for the first-time since 2019. With Klay on the floor this season, the Warriors’ offense has improved greatly and with him starting to get back in a rhythm, the “Splash Brothers” are once again going to be a force in the playoffs.
