On the other hand, hindsight is always 20/20. It’s easy to look back and say that a certain team should have made a certain call.

It’s harder when you’re in the position to make the call. If being an NBA general manager was easy, there’d be a lot more competition for those jobs. 

For example, many fans thought the Charlotte Hornets should have traded for a starting big man this summer. Fair enough. That was a hole in their roster. 

With that said, the Hornets turned to the draft for a big man instead. That’s understandable.
