Other Key Names In NBA Trade Rumors

The Los Angeles Lakers and Utah Jazz are two teams that are looking to make more moves during the offseason. Los Angeles would love to unload Russell Westbrook in a deal, while Utah has plenty of veterans that could garner interest as they head into their rebuild.

Trading Westbrook will not be easy. But, the Lakers have to know that moving on from him is what is best for the franchise. Even if it takes two first-round picks to get a deal done, it is something they have to seriously consider. Westbrook could end up with the Indiana Pacers, who will be the third team to help facilitate the deal with Irving ending up in LaLa Land.

Mike Conley is someone that the Jazz have shopped but his market is slow developing. Veteran point guards always come in handy and eventually a team will emerge that wants him. Looking to continue climbing the standings and after committing to Bradley Beal, the Washington Wizards very well could further solidify their point guard position by acquiring Conley.

Bojan Bogdanovic would be a nice upgrade for several teams. He is a smooth-shooting wing with the size to play multiple positions and function as a top two or three option offensively. The Toronto Raptors have been mentioned as a landing spot, and he would fit the mold of the kind of players they have been targeting.

Jordan Clarkson has a player option for the 2023-24 season, so anyone acquiring him has to keep in mind that he could be a one-year rental. He would instantly upgrade the second unit of any team that acquires him.

Looking to replenish some firepower in the backcourt, the Dallas Mavericks seem like a strong landing spot for Clarkson, inserting him into the lineup as their sixth man with Spencer Dinwiddie taking over Brunson’s starting spot.
