Philadelphia 76ers Receive: F Bojan Bogdanovic
Utah Jazz Receive: G Danny Green, F Matisse Thybulle, F Furkan Korkmaz, No. 23 Overall Pick
This hypothetical deal between the Philadelphia 76ers and Utah Jazz was put together by Adam Hermann of NBC Sports Philadelphia. He put together some trade packages using the No. 23 overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft and this was one of the hypothetical deals.
The 76ers are adding another offensive weapon to the mix in Bogdanovic. This would likely be a precursor to Tobias Harris being traded as those two would leave Philadelphia in a bind defensively in the same lineup alongside James Harden.
To acquire him, they part with a good amount of the assets they have remaining. Danny Green is used to match salary, as he will likely miss the 2022-23 season after tearing his ACL in the postseason.
Matisse Thybulle has upside as a defensive ace but his offense needs a lot of work. He became unplayable in the postseason. Furkan Korkmaz can offer some scoring punch to Utah’s second unit on the wing.

The No. 23 pick is arguably the best asset that Utah is receiving in return. They can use that selection to pick a player to fill a gap on the roster or sweeten another trade package of their own to bring in an established player.
How does this trade impact each team? Let’s take a look at it from both of their perspectives, starting with the 76ers.
