Indiana Pacers
There are certain situations where the Minnesota Timberwolves could look for a replacement in the backcourt. The Indiana Pacers have been aggressive in trying to reshape the roster, which can continue with Malcolm Brogdon.
Minnesota has been rolling with Patrick Beverley at the top of the offense. Brogdon would take the lineup to the next level, along with Edwards in the backcourt. He is also familiar with playing alongside elite big men in the frontcourt.
When looking at a potential deal, the Pacers might be able to dump both Brogdon and Buddy Hield’s contracts. This would help their financial situation moving forward.
Myles Turner has been another trade piece but the Pacers would not move him here.

The overall benefit for the Timberwolves would be getting experienced players from the Pacers that can help the team win now. Brogdon would take over the point guard role while Hield continues to be a sharpshooter along the perimeter.
