#4 Minnesota Timberwolves
The Minnesota Timberwolves are kind of in the same boat as the Sacramento Kings in terms of having valuable assets, but not the right ones that the Philadelphia 76ers would like, however, they do have the capability to put together a really intriguing offer.
D’Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley, and Jaden McDaniels are the three main assets the Timberwolves have to offer up and each brings something different to the table for Philly.
Russell has been injury-prone over the years, but not too long ago, this guy was leading the Brooklyn Nets and was an All-Star. For his career, D’Angelo Russell has averaged 17.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and has shot 36% from three-point range, making him a solid contributor to pair with Joel Embiid in hopes of winning a title.
Malik Beasley and Jaden McDaniels are two young pieces who are ready to play right away. Beasley shot 39.9% from three-point range in 37 games last season, giving the 76ers another shooting threat alongside Seth Curry, and Jaden McDaniels is a 6’10” forward with a lot of potential to grow into a reliable two-way frontcourt option in this league given his length and athleticism.

All three of these guys could be included in a trade package for Ben Simmons, but at the same time, do the 76ers actually better themselves by making this deal?
Russell, Beasley, and McDaniels are key talents who could definitely improve Philadelphia’s depth, but overall, this trade would end up hurting the Sixers defensively.
