#5 Sacramento Kings
The Kings may not have an All-Star to offer up to the Philadelphia 76ers, but Buddy Hield, Marvin Bagley III, Tyrese Haliburton and/or Harrison Barnes could all be possible trade interests for the 76ers should they want to move Ben Simmons to Sacramento.
For the last 15 seasons, the Kings have missed the playoffs and they have been searching for answers on how to add more talent to their roster to end this nightmare of a streak.
Ben Simmons would certainly be a beneficial piece for them to add alongside De’Aaron Fox and while they probably would still miss the playoffs, the future would be looking bright with two highly athletic and strong ball-handlers with Simmons and Fox. Plus, Sacramento does have an interest in dumping some of their young players.
Buddy Hield has been on the trade block for quite some time now and was almost dealt to the Lakers on draft night before Los Angeles ended up trading for Russell Westbrook. Marvin Bagley III is another name rumored to be available via trade, specifically because he seems unhappy in his situation right now and has been liking social media posts all offseason long suggesting he play elsewhere.

It would appear that these are the two best assets the Kings could offer up for Ben Simmons, but the 76ers likely would not deal Simmons for either of these guys unless De’Aaron Fox is involved in the deal, which is something Sacramento has said they will not do.
Fox is going to be entering his fifth season in the league this year and definitely has pure All-Star potential, hence why the 76ers would be interested in him. They could replace Simmons with a younger, more athletic guard who would be a better fit alongside both Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris given his ability to score in the open court.

Trading for De’Aaron Fox however seems like a long shot at this point, but if Sacramento does make him available in trade talks for Summons, they would move higher up this list in terms of putting together a better trade package for the 76ers to consider.
