#2 Cleveland Cavaliers
A lot of people are going to raise an eyebrow about the Cleveland Cavaliers being this high on this list, but just let me explain why the Cavaliers truly do have one of the better trade packages to offer.
Not only is Collin Sexton a high-level, young player that can help the Sixers immediately, but Kevin Love is an experienced champion who could actually be an asset instead of financial liability.
While Love is owed $60.2M over the next two years, putting the 76ers in a financial situation like they were when Al Horford was on their roster as a veteran with a large contract, something that did not work out in the 76ers’ favor, Kevin Love has always been a solid contributor in his team’s frontcourt.
For his career, Love has averaged 18.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, and has shot 37% from three-point range, actually making him a solid fit next to Joel Embiid.

Seeing as he is now 33-years-old, the 5x All-Star does not present much of a motor and could really only be solid for roughly 25 minutes per game, but he has the experiences and the knowledge of the league to help the 76ers contend for a championship.
If Cleveland was to pursue Ben Simmons, a third or fourth team would likely also be involved in the deal, but overall, Sexton and Love are not bad “win-now” pieces for the 76ers to get back. They are both offensive-minded players who could play a big role in this team’s offensive attack, which would also alleviate pressure off of Joel Embiid.

Taking on Kevin Love’s contract does not sound like something that would work out in the Philadelphia 76ers favor, but if they can still get production from him resembling 14 points per game and 8 rebounds per game, that is all they would need from the veteran in order to contend for a title. This is definitely a scenario for the 76ers to think about long and hard.
