2. Miami Heat
It is hard to find a team that had a better offseason than the Miami Heat to this point. Pat Riley is known for making big moves and that is what he has done here to improve the roster. It begins with the point-guard position.
Miami has been linked to many stars at the top of the offense and was able to acquire Kyle Lowry from the Toronto Raptors in a sign-and-trade deal. This gives them that consistent, experienced option along with Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
The Heat also signed Duncan Robinson to a lucrative contract and the core remains in place. This is a team that is just one year removed from an NBA Finals appearance and wants to continue to win now.
Wesley Matthews can be a depth piece and provide valuable minutes for the team moving forward.

Miami has already made plenty of moves and it is unknown if they are done just yet. If not, this is a chance for the front office to land another veteran looking to win a title.
