John Collins
Despite the acquisition of Al Horford from the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Boston Celtics should not be done reshaping their frontcourt. Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner has been mentioned as a potential trade target, but someone such as John Collins would help take the team to the next level.
John Collins will only be 24-years old come September, but he has already established himself as a versatile, two-way forward. He is an extremely efficient offensive player, averaging 16.6 points per game in his career and making 56.7 percent of his shot attempts.
He has made major strides as a shooter, knocking down 40 percent of his 3-point attempts the last two seasons and 81.9 percent of his free throws.
The Wake Forest product has freakish athleticism and can play above the rim as well. He offers some defensive versatility as he can defend multiple positions.

John Collins is going to be a restricted free agent, which gives the Atlanta Hawks the ability to match any offer he receives. While they would like to keep him, the two sides were unable to agree to a contract extension previously. The two sides could work out a sign-and-trade, with a player like Marcus Smart heading back to Atlanta, as he would be a great backcourt running mate for Trae Young.
