Milwaukee Bucks: Pat Connaughton

When taking a look at the roster of the Bucks, they don’t have many players they should look to rid of. It’s safe to say they’ll stick with their trio of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday next season. Brook Lopez serves his role well and Donte DiVincenzo proved he can be a key contributor for the team this season.

So with the Bucks looking for depth on their bench, trading Pat Connaughton seems like a somewhat logical decision. If Milwaukee can land a better bench scorer in a trade that involves Connaughton, they shouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger.

New York Knicks: Obi Toppin

Entering the offseason, there isn’t a team that is going to have more money to spend than the New York Knicks. The Knicks don’t have many players under contract, which could make it tough for them to complete many trades. However, before he begins his second year in the league, Obi Toppin has been considered a potential trade candidate this summer.

Toppin plays at a position where Julius Randle is going to dominate minutes, so it remains to be seen what his outlook is in New York. With the Knicks looking to add star players, trading Toppin and other assets could make perfect sense for the team that resides in Madison Square Garden.

Orlando Magic: Terrence Ross

Similar to the Pistons, the Orlando Magic are deciding to get younger in hopes it leads to them finding cornerstone players. Markelle Fultz, Cole Anthony, R.J. Hampton, Jonathan Isaac, and Wendell Carter Jr. are considered the franchise’s primary pieces right now.

Seeing the young players that are featured at both guard spots, Terrence Ross would be best being traded to a new team this summer. Even though his three-point efficiency has declined in recent years, Ross could benefit from changing teams and he’s still a capable scorer off of the bench.
