Does this trade make sense for the Toronto Raptors?
This was a surprising season for the Toronto Raptors and certainly not in a positive way. They did not contend for the postseason and that could force them to make a big move.
It seemed as though Fred VanVleet would be a centerpiece player for Toronto after signing a long-term extension but he has been thrown around in some NBA trade rumors.
If Toronto could get a player like Ingram back in return, this is a deal to think about. Ingram has taken his game on the offensive end of the floor to the next level. He has been improving each year and that is something that is going to continue.
If this move were to be made, it would not be the only one on tap for the Raptors. Ingram and Siakam would be the focal points of the team on both ends of the floor. This would be an expensive deal for Toronto so they have to make sure that it is worth it on all ends.

Ujiri knows how to reshape a team and he will have a chance to do it again here. The Raptors will have to make some moves in hopes of getting back to the top of the Eastern Conference.
