Toronto Raptors
It is shaping up to be an eventful offseason for the Toronto Raptors, especially with NBA free agency looming for Kyle Lowry. Not many people seem to believe that Lowry will be back with the team next season, meaning that they will have to replace him.

Fred VanVleet is more than capable of handling the point-guard duties if Lowry decides to sign elsewhere. Regardless of Lowry’s decision, I don’t think the Raptors have plans of becoming a rebuilding team anytime soon.
To replace VanVleet at the shooting guard spot, Toronto could acquire CJ McCollum this offseason. McCollum could reunite with Norman Powell, who the Raptors could re-sign in the coming months. The dynamic shot making and playmaking contributions from McCollum would prove to be vital.
A backcourt of VanVleet and McCollum, along with a front court of Powell, Pascal Siakam, and Chris Boucher would be a solid lineup in the Eastern Conference. While it would not net a championship ring, it would position the organization to return to winning ways.
