Justise Winslow hasn’t done much to justify his $13 million club option for the 2021-22 season, as he has played in only 37 games the last two seasons with little production. However, there are undoubtedly teams that think they can tap into what the Miami Heat were before trading him to Memphis for Andre Iguodala.
From 2017-2018, Winslow was developing as a 3-point shooter and stuffing the stat sheet. His playmaking was coming along, as he was beginning to show some real promise. Then, injuries hit and he hasn’t been able to find that groove.
At only 25-years old, Justise Winslow has time still to figure it out, he just needs the opportunity. Sacramento could provide that, as they have a huge need on the wing. His defensive skills would be welcome with open arms, as Sacramento has plenty of offensive firepower to help prop Winslow up on that end of the court.
