Does this trade make sense for the Indiana Pacers?
This trade makes absolutely no sense for the Pacers. Yes, this was a disappointing season for the Pacers, but that does not mean they need to tear everything down and start from scratch again. When healthy, Sabonis, Brogdon and LeVert all played really well together, which is why this team could definitely make it back to the playoffs next year with Warren and Turner healthy as well.

The Pacers have spent a lot of money and time over the years building the core of their team, and while they do need a better bench and supporting cast, trading Malcolm Brogdon would be a massive step in the wrong direction for this organization.
He is arguably the second-most important player next to Domantas Sabonius and gien how good he is on both ends of the court, trading Brogdon for no draft picks and no immediate value is a waste and would be the worst trade of the offseason.
Kevin Huerter and Cam Reddish are two good, young players, but they really do not bring anything to the table to help the Pacers win games immediately. Huerter can knock down perimeter shots and Reddish has shown flashes of being a two-way threat on the wing, but Indiana would have to work on both of these guys to develop them further, which is something they may not be capable of to begin with!
The Pacers have bigger problems to deal with than trying to dump their star players right now, which is why holding off on trading Domantas Sabonis, Malcolm Brogdon or T.J. Warren is a good idea right now.
