Mike Budenholzer – Milwaukee Bucks
Mike Budenholzer is in his third season coaching the Milwaukee Bucks and while they were the #1 team in the league record wise during his first two seasons, the lack of postseason success is why Coach Budenholzer finds himself on the “hot seat” in Milwaukee.
After back-to-back years with title aspirations, the Bucks lost in the Eastern Conference Finals and in the Eastern Conference Semifinals in back-to-back seasons. If this team comes up short again, Budenholzer will be the only one to blame since this front-office has added more and more talent each year.

When he was the head coach of the Atlanta Hawks, there was a lot of criticism of Budenholzer there too because of the lack of postseason success his teams had. The Hawks were always one of the best regular season teams, yet in the postseason, they never lived up to their expectations.
This year is “championship or bust” for the Milwaukee Bucks and if they come up short of their ultimate goal once again, then it should not come as a shock if the Bucks look to move in a different direction with a new head coach.
