There is no doubt that this team does not have a lot of draft capital. Additionally, they do not have another young player who can be expected to generate a substantial return on their investment.
This first-round pick and Harris are the best offer the Sixers can make if they decide to go star-chasing this summer. There is a good return here, so it is worth making that offer.
There is no doubt that Beal is the main attraction of the game. The young Maxey is a talented player, but Beal remains the best player being exchanged in this trade, regardless of how talented Maxey is.

In the same breath, Kuzma would be an interesting addition to the team, to say the least. If he were to sign with the Sixers, he would be able to provide the team with some of the athleticism they currently lack in the frontcourt. Kuzma would be an ideal transition target for Harden’s legendary look-ahead passes in transition.
Is it really a good idea for the Wizards to let him go?
