It should make them better in 2022-23. Crowder isn’t as prolific a shot-creator as Harris, but he’s a much better defender and a roughly comparable floor-spacer.
Given that Harden, Embiid, and Tyrese Maxey play on this team, that defensive edge is worth the trade-off in shot creation.
Meanwhile, Bullock could still be a rotation player here. He remains a solid defender – if he starts knocking the three-ball down, he’ll resume his career-long status as a quality wing.
