The Miami Heat are one of the league’s most blessed teams. If they’re not in the running for the NBA title, they’re usually a piece away. Moreover, they usually don’t have an issue landing that piece.

On the other hand, the Sacramento Kings feel perpetually down on their luck. In fact, they haven’t made a postseason appearance in 16 years – the longest drought in NBA history.
