Need some dirty work done? O’Neale is your man. Whether it’s diving for a loose ball, making an extra rotation or setting a hard screen, O’Neale revels in doing the work your star player won’t.

He’s also a solid floor spacer. Offensively, O’Neale embodies low usage. He doesn’t need the ball: in fact, he doesn’t even want it.
