3. Bradley Beal
The path that the Washington Wizards take for the next few seasons will be determined this offseason. Will they be able to make moves to upgrade the roster enough that Bradley Beal commits to them long-term? Or will he decide to leave, putting them on the track to rebuilding?
The Miami Heat are one of the teams that could push Beal into deciding that he wants to leave the Wizards. If he wants to compete for a title as soon as possible, Miami would certainly be an appealing landing spot.
South Beach has been a rumored landing spot for Bradley Beal since he has not yet said if he is going to remain with the Wizards or not. The landing spot makes sense, as the Heat could use another go-to scorer as their offense is prone to becoming stagnant at times.
Beal has had some shortcomings as a defender, but those can be easily covered up with how many defensive-minded players that the Heat have on their roster already. A lineup of Kyle Lowry, Beal, Jimmy Butler, P.J. Tucker, and Bam Adebayo would be very difficult for opponents to keep up with.

But, there is still a chance that Bradley Beal will want to remain in Washington, as it has been reported that is the way he is leaning. The Wizards better lock him up early because if Pat Riley gets in his ear, anything can happen.
