San Antonio Spurs Receive: G Talen Horton-Tucker, G Kendrick Nunn, LAL 2023 2nd Round Pick, LAL 2026 1st Round Pick (Unprotected)
Obviously Talen Horton-Tucker and Kendrick Nunn would have to be on the move in any potential trade the Lakers make for value at the trade deadline. Combined, both young talents are making $14.5M this season and if the Lakers can include them in a trade package, they could wind up adding another versatile talent to their team.
Names like Jerami Grant and Ben Simmons have been floated around from time to time, but it is highly unrealistic that either of these players could be on the move to Los Angeles.
The Lakers simply do not have a lot of trade assets other than Horton-Tucker and Nunn, plus their draft capital through the years is minimal. They do not have a draft pick until 2023 and the earliest first-round pick they can surrender is in 2026 due to prior trade obligations with the Pelicans stemming from the Anthony Davis trade in 2019.
The Spurs are rebuilding right now, so Talen Horton-Tucker and Kendrick Nunn could be two young backcourt pieces they show some interest in, but at the same time, San Antonio is building something special right now.

It will take some time for them to become relevant again in the Western Conference playoff picture, but the Spurs do have a solid young core already established. Derrick White is joined by Dejounte Murray, Keldon Johnson, Lonnie Walker IV, Devin Vassell and others, creating a competitive group that has a chance to sneak into the play-in tournament.
They are still looking for their identity and need to be able to add some more talent over the years, which is why out of all the guys they could trade, Derrick White could be the one that ends up being on the move. White is 27-years-old and under contract through 2024, making him someone that the team could look to move on from in the near future.

Being able to make an impact on both ends of the floor, Derrick White is a young combo-guard that could really flourish next to All-Stars like James, Davis and Westbrook.
Again, three-point shooting is a concern this season, but he is another double-digit scorer that the Lakers could pursue from a financial standpoint.
However, it is hard to imagine that the Spurs would see a ton of value moving White for Horton-Tucker and Nunn.
