Cam Reddish – Atlanta Hawks
For some reason, the Atlanta Hawks made Cam Reddish available in trade talks this offseason and while they did not move him around the NBA Draft like they looked to do, he could still be available for another young talent and a draft pick.
Drafted 10th overall in 2019, Reddish has not lived up to the hype of being a reliable three-point shooter, but given his length and athleticism, he still has the potential to be a key scorer in any contending team’s second-unit.
Atlanta would most likely want a really solid return for Cam Reddish, something Portland cannot really give them without surrendering Anfernee Simons or Nassir Little, but he would fit in quite nicely with the Trail Blazers seeing as he is an athletic wing who can play well on both ends of the floor.
Portland re-signed Norman Powell in the offseason, giving them a reliable, key two-way player on the wing next to Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum, but they really do not have much depth behind him.

Nassir Little is an unproven, young talent and both Ben McLemore and Tony Snell are nothing more than three-point threats off-the-bench.
Cam Reddish has the potential to be an all-around scorer on the offensive-end of the floor and seeing as he is only 22-years-old and still on his rookie contract, the Trail Blazers could potentially grab him from Atlanta for a cheap price financially.

Trading for him seems unlikely, but at $4.6M for the 2021-22 season, Cam Reddish is a player that Portland can fit into their roster.
