San Antonio Spurs
There was once a time when veteran players considered the San Antonio Spurs a desirable destination. Even though the Spurs have been able to convince certain players to join them in recent years, none of them have been All-Star caliber players.
Provided that, the Spurs may need to target guys on the trade market that are being shopped around. Upon the impending free agency of DeMar DeRozan, San Antonio could use someone that is a true power forward in their lineup.
Even amid injury woes in recent seasons, Kevin Love has shown that he’s still a solid contributor posting 16.2 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game in the past three seasons.
The Spurs desperately need some more firepower around Dejounte Murray and Derrick White, along with their young core of Keldon Johnson, Lonnie Walker, and Devin Vassell.

A pairing of the Spurs and Love could prove to be fruitful for both sides as they both are looking to return to their glory days in the upcoming season.
