The Cleveland Cavaliers and Kevin Love have been at a standstill for quite some time now. That appears to be on track to change during this NBA offseason.

Ever since the departures of LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, Love has been discussed as a potential trade candidate, only for him to remain in Cleveland.

While Love was once considered a coveted player on the trade market, getting rid of him is easier said than done for the Cavaliers now. Injuries have hindered Love in recent years and his contract isn’t one that entices teams to acquire him.

That being said, the Cavaliers are turning their attention to find a trade partner for Love this offseason.
