What exactly is the value around Ben Simmons this offseason? He is still 25-years-old and brings great size to the guard position. He would be able to slot in alongside Cade Cunningham and bring great size on the perimeter for the Detroit Pistons to build around.

Simmons is a max player and was once viewed as a centerpiece player for the Philadelphia 76ers. They will still have to play that angle to get the return they want in a deal. 

In Detroit, Jerami Grant seems to be the biggest piece the Pistons have by a substantial margin, aside from the No. 1 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. He signed a three-year deal last offseason and put up the best numbers of his career this past season.

Killian Hayes and some draft capital would also be on the move here to further entice the 76ers into moving on from Simmons in a potential NBA trade scenario.
