Chicago Bulls
The Chicago Bulls began making their push back to being a playoff contender in the Eastern Conference last season at the trade deadline. The Bulls shocked a lot of people, acquiring Orlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic despite many reports stating the Magic had no interest in moving him.
With Vucevic now joining Zach LaVine, the Bulls have two cornerstones to build around. The team is in the market for a point guard this season. Why not make a push for Russell Westbrook?
Westbrook would give the Bulls an elite playmaker that would take a ton of pressure off of LaVine and Vucevic. He would help get them into their sweet spots for easy baskets and his relentlessness puts a lot of heat on opposing defenses.
With two scoring options likely ahead of him on the pecking order, Westbrook can focus on his passing and rebounding to help get the Bulls to the next level.

He still possesses the ability to lead a team offensively in spurts, but with his athleticism beginning to dial down, having two players as gifted as LaVine and Vucevic to help carry the load would be helpful for the Bulls.
