Miami Heat Receive: Damian Lillard
Portland Trail Blazers Receive: Tyler Herro, Kendrick Nunn (via sign-and-trade), Precious Achiuwa, 2024 first-round pick 2026 first-round pick, 2028 first-round pick
It should be noted that if the Miami Heat want to have a chance to land Lillard, they’d probably need to include a third team.
Miami only has seven total draft picks to offer through the 2028 season, so bringing in a team like the Oklahoma City Thunder could be possible.
That is unless the Heat are content with including Bam Adebayo in a trade for Lillard, which is unlikely. With Miami looking to form a big three with Adebayo and Jimmy Butler, they’d have to offload the majority of their young players.
At the forefront of the trade, the Heat would send Tyler Herro to the Trail Blazers. Herro is a 21-year-old shooting guard that has the potential to become a franchise cornerstone player for a franchise.

Along with Herro, Miami would conduct a sign-and-trade with Kendrick Nunn to help match the money they’d be absorbing with Lillard’s contract.
To complete the deal, Precious Achiuwa and three future first-round picks would also be headed to Portland.
