Toronto Raptors Receive: G/F Ben Simmons
Philadelphia 76ers Receive: G Fred VanVleet, G/F Rodney Hood, C Aron Baynes, No. 4 pick, No. 46 pick, No. 47 pick, 2023 first-round pick
Ben Simmons would be the centerpiece going back to the Toronto Raptors. He would get the fresh start that he might need as a member of the Raptors. It will not be cheap given as there is still some value around Simmons, but it could be a deal that works out well for both sides.
There is a need for the Raptors to add more star-power in order to pull off a quick turnaround. Not having to move on from either Pascal Siakam or OG Anunoby would be a huge win for Toronto and keep them with enough talent to compete.
Fred VanVleet would have to be involved in the deal. He recently signed a four-year deal with Toronto and could be the major piece that serves as a key centerpiece to fill a need the 76ers must address.
Rodney Hood and Aron Baynes were also be involved in the deal. The 76ers will grab the fourth-overall pick in the upcoming draft along with three other picks with two being second-rounders in 2021. It may not come off as being the massive haul the team wanted

The Raptors already have shown the value of taking risks with big trades. While Ben Simmons is not Kawhi Leonard, it would be a more long-term arrangement that Toronto could build around to achieve sustainable results far greater than what they produced in 2020-21.
