Golden State Warriors Receive: F Paul George

LA Clippers Receive: F/G Andrew Wiggins, C James Wiseman, No. 7 pick 2023 first-round pick and 2026 first-round pick

Paul George going to the Golden State Warriors would continue a trend of blockbuster deals made by the Warriors in hopes of winning titles. He would be a welcomed addition on the wing along with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. This would certainly shake things up in the Western Conference.

The return would not be cheap, especially with George going to another contender in the conference, but Golden State has some assets they could send away to the LA Clippers.

It would begin with Andrew Wiggins and James Wiseman. The Clippers would also receive the seventh-overall pick this year’s draft along with two future first-rounders.

There isn’t time to waste from the Warriors’ perspective. Stephen Curry is playing at an MVP level and Golden State needs to do what they can to give him enough help to win another championship. Kevin Durant is long gone and the team could use a new elite wing.

Paul George would make a robust impact both offensively and defensively. Without having to give up Draymond Green in this NBA trade scenario, the Warriors would have the capabilities to revamp their death lineup and give the league nightmares.
