Chicago Bulls
During the 2020-21 season, the Chicago Bulls elected to make an aggressive move for Nikola Vucevic at the NBA trade deadline.
The move was made in hopes that Chicago could make a late-season advance toward the playoffs, only for them to fall short. Despite missing the postseason this year, the Bulls believe their duo of Zach LaVine and Vucevic can aid the team in competing for a playoff spot next season.
Along with LaVine and Vucevic, Chicago does have formidable role players in Coby White, Thaddeus Young, and Patrick Williams. But what the team could use is a wing player that could create more spacing on the floor.
Even if the team wants Williams to get more minutes in his second year in the league, Norman Powell can play multiple positions in the starting lineup.

Adding Powell can help the Bulls put together a deeper roster that could possibly vie for a spot in next year’s postseason.
