Boston Celtics Receive: Myles Turner and 2021 second-round pick (via MIL)
Indiana Pacers Receive: C Tristan Thompson, F Aaron Nesmith, G Payton Pritchard and 2023 first-round pick
For the Indiana Pacers to move on from Myles Turner, they will need an offer that benefits them long-term. Turner is a 25-year-old center that contributes on both ends of the floor, but he seemingly isn’t a fit alongside Sabonis.
With Sabonis making the All-Star team for the second time this season, Indiana will likely side with him as their big man of the future. As the Pacers enter a new era in their franchise’s history, getting a player like Tristan Thompson could interest them.
Thompson is a glue guy for any contending team and while he isn’t a gifted scorer, he contributes in ways that aren’t recorded on the box score. Offensive rebounding and one-hundred-percent effort is Thompson’s calling card. Along with Thompson, Aaron Nesmith and Payton Pritchard could interest the Pacers.
Nesmith had a minimal role as a rookie this season, but he did receive more playing time amid the injury to Brown late in the season. He would improve Indiana’s depth on the wing and give them a developmental player.

As for Pritchard, he could be a solid backup guard for Indiana in the event that Malcolm Brogdon, T.J. McConnell, or Aaron Holiday isn’t with the team next season.
