Los Angeles Lakers
Kyle Lowry has had his fair share of experiences against LeBron James, with James having the upper-hand when he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The 35-year-old point guard would tell you that it almost seemed impossible to defeat James in a playoff series. So why not join James and Anthony Davis on the Los Angeles Lakers to create one of the best trios in the league?
Similar to the Clippers, the Lakers don’t have much cap space available, so a sign-and-trade could be a possibility. But with other teams having better assets and more money to spend, Los Angeles could be out of the running for Lowry rather quickly.
Still, I’m ranking the best landing spots for Lowry, and the Lakers would be an ideal fit for his skillset. Lowry would see the most open shots he’s ever seen if he were to sign with the Lakers, and he’d get to operate as the third-scorer on the team, easing the pressure on him as he enters his 16th season.

Replacing Dennis Schroder with someone like Lowry would be a massive win for the Lakers this offseason. It would go a long way in bolstering the supporting cast to contend for the 2022 NBA Finals.
