Memphis Grizzlies
Fans of the Memphis Grizzlies have reasons to be optimistic with the outlook of the franchise. After a three-year hiatus from the playoffs, Ja Morant led the Grizzlies to a postseason appearance this season.
Morant was fantastic in the playoffs and some of the other pieces on the roster showed they have what it takes to help shape Memphis into a contender in the future. But what the Grizzlies are missing is a wing player that can provide them with experience and scoring.
Getting a player that can lighten the workload for Morant as a creator could allow Morant to develop more as a complete player. The team was heavily reliant on him running high pick-and-roll and trying to score out of isolation in the playoffs without nearly enough help.
Moving DeMar DeRozan to small forward or power forward would also give Jaren Jackson Jr. an opportunity to play center, especially if the team moves on from Jonas Valanciunas this offseason.

As for DeRozan, being able to play alongside Morant, Dillon Brooks, and Jackson would give him a solid supporting cast. This Grizzlies team has shown intriguing potential and adding an established offensvie threat like DeRozan would go a long way.
