1. Bradley Beal to the Miami Heat

The biggest name that could be thrown around in NBA trade rumors this offseason is none other than Bradley Beal. Beal isn’t a stranger to hearing his name mentioned in trade talks, as he’s been rumored as a potential trade piece in recent seasons.

However, he’s remained committed and focused on winning games with the Wizards. It’s fair to question, though, whether Beal is prepared to have a change of heart following the firing of Scott Brooks. Does Beal want to go through another head coaching change in Washington? I’m personally hoping the answer is no and we finally get to see Beal succeed for a winning franchise. The perfect fit for Beal, for a variety of reasons, is the Miami Heat.

Players like Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo have a business-like approach, which would bode well for a player like Beal. Also, the Heat are always making moves to try and secure a championship, so Beal won’t have to worry about that.

Washington would love to keep Beal around for longer, but they may have no choice in trading him if Beal requests a trade. As for Miami, they can offer up a package centered around Tyler Herro and possible sign-and-trade candidates in Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson.

The Heat would have to put together a worthwhile package to land Beal, but if they can pull it off, they would instantly become one of the favorites to emerge from the Eastern Conference next season.
