This series is over
At the end of the day, it is really hard to imagine that the Nets do not close out this series in Boston. The fans are going to be rocking as always in Boston, especially with Kyrie Irving returning there for the first-time in front of fans since leaving the Celtics, but Brooklyn is playing fantastic basketball right now.

Kevin Durant is knocking down almost every shot he takes, James Harden is doing James Harden things and I fully expect Kyrie Irving to go off in his first game back in TD Garden. Earlier in the regular season when Kyrie Irving played in Boston, he dropped 37 points against the Celtics and hit 7 three-pointers.
I am expecting a similar performance in Game 3 for Irving, hence why the Nets will once again win this game by double-figures over the Celtics. In fact, they are going to win Games 3 and 4 by double-figures over the Celtics because they are shooting at an insane rate right now and because Jayson Tatum is banged up.
He got hit in the eye by Kevin Durant last game and was forced to exit early, so he may not be 100% for Game 3 in Boston. Should this be the case, you might as well pencil in the Brooklyn Nets in the Eastern Conference Semifinals now because Boston has a 0% chance without a fully healthy Jayson Tatum.
