Indiana Pacers looked locked in and looked refreshed
Forget all the stuff that happened a couple of weeks back between the players and coaches, as well as all of the rumors circulating around T.J. Warren because the Indiana Pacers looked like the team we all thought that they could be at the beginning of the season.
Where was this version of the Indiana Pacers all season long because if the Pacers play like they did against the Hornets moving forward, then they could easily cause a headache for the Philadelphia 76ers in the first-round!

Now, I am not saying that they could beat the 76ers, yet alone the Washington Wizards in their play-in game matchup, but they are going to be an extremely tough team to beat if they play with this kind of fire behind them night-in and night-out.
Domantas Sabonis was fantastic in this one against the Hornets, coming up an assist shy of yet another triple-double, but it was the supporting cast of the Pacers that got the job done for them. They were without both Myles Turner and Caris LeVert in this one, yet they still found a way to score 144 points, their second-highest points total of the season.
Assuming that Brogdon is going to continue to heal from his hamstring injury and others like Edmond Sumner, Doug McDermott, Justin Holiday and Goga Bitadze remain on the court, the Pacers will have the energy and supporting cast they need to potentially make some noise in the Eastern Conference.
