Andre Drummond
Ever since they acquire Jarrett Allen, the Cavaliers have been taking calls and gauging league interest in Andre Drummond and while plenty of teams are interested in adding the former All-Star big man, they are not willing to give up any real assets knowing that he will likely be bought out of his contract if a deal is not reached at the trade deadline.
Andre Drummond, who is now in his 9th season in the league, was really solid in 25 games for Cleveland this year, averaging 17.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, 1.6 steals, 1.2 blocks and shooting 47.4% from the floor.
Plenty of playoff contending teams have been monitoring the situation with Drummond and the Cavaliers and if he is bought out of his contract, the Nets, Clippers and Lakers all seem to be in the running to sign the former All-Star.

At this point, it seems likely that Drummond’s trade value has gone down tremendously and that the Cavaliers would be willing to accept virtually anything for him at this point. After being on the trade block for about a month and a half and receiving a ton of interest, no deal has been close to getting done since teams are waiting for the Cavaliers to buy him out of his contract.
It seems likely that Cleveland will have to cut their losses on this once and just buyout Andre Drummond from his contract, allowing him to sign anywhere he wants. When this happens, expect to see Drummond sign with a title contending team.
