3 under-the-radar trade targets for the Philadelphia 76ers

It is very clear that the Philadelphia 76ers were one of the most dominant teams during the first-half of the NBA season, posting a 24-12 record and being atop of the Eastern Conference standings, but there is still a lot of work to be done if this team is going to capitalize on their chances of winning a title.

Joel Embiid has been having a terrific season to this point in the year and should be considered the front-runner for the league MVP award. In 30 games, Embiid has averaged 30.2 points, 11.6 rebounds, 1.4 blocks and has shot 52.1% from the floor, 41.6% from three-point range. Not only is Embiid one of the best centers in the entire league, but he is near the top of the league in Player Efficiency Rating.

Embiid has been dominant this year and one of the best players in the NBA, which is one of the main reasons why the 76ers have a real shot at winning a title this year. Tobias Harris and Ben Simmons also have played a big role in the Sixers’ success to this point and will have to continue to elevate their play during the second-half of the year.

Philadelphia is a great offensive team, a very solid defensive team and they have the MVP front-runner, so what else can they do to prove that they are the team to beat in the Eastern Conference?
