San Antonio Spurs Receive: Kyle Kuzma

Kyle Kuzma was able to survive the deal that landed Anthony Davis with the Los Angeles Lakers. The front office always has him in their back pocket as a big trade piece.

In this particular deal, Kuzma would be sent to the San Antonio Spurs in exchange for some veteran help. Patty Mills is that help. He is a veteran point guard who could help the Lakers immediately to take some pressure off LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Mills would be able to back up Dennis Schroder and provide some depth on the bench. The Lakers are also land a first-round pick in this year’s draft in exchange for Kuzma.
