3. Star Power

The Lakers just got done signing James and Davis to big-time deals that will keep them in town. If they are serious about forming a big three, it could be done for the upcoming season by trading for Victor Oladipo.

Yes, Oladipo has just one year left on his deal, but for the 2020-2021 season, he could help the Lakers get to another championship. That is something that James has done before.

Obviously, we all remember his decision to join the Miami Heat along with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. That started a trend of forming super teams and James has a chance to do it again in Los Angeles.

Again, this is not about the Lakers needing Oladipo to win a championship. It is about gathering as many good players as possible to build an incredible lineup at the bench. If Oladipo is fully healthy, he can be an elite option.
