2. Los Angeles Lakers
The two Los Angeles teams are going to be in on a lot of the same players this offseason. That is because they have similar needs within their rosters. Marcus Morris could be one of those players they both Los Angeles teams or after.
Prior to that to the draft, the Lakers found their point guard. They made a trade for Dennis Schroder with the Oklahoma City Thunder and send Danny Green back in the package.
The Lakers lack the three-point threat and could use a player other than LeBron James and Anthony Davis who can create in the mid-range game.
Anytime the Lakers can take a player away from their crosstown rival, it is a win. The Lakers are hoping that the change in agencies means that Morris is looking for a new home and with the Lakers, he does not have to go very far.
