5. Tyrese Haliburton, Iowa State

Haliburton is the best prospect on this list. He is a projected top-10 pick that could go as high as No. 5. The Iowa State product is a two-way player with a high ceiling.

Haliburton has great versatility. He is an excellent passer, ball handler, and defender. What might be the best is his ability to shoot from the outside.

He was a 41.9% three-point shooter this season. Haliburton is an explosive scorer at all three levels. He showed a knack at getting to the free throw line and shot 82.2% when there. Haliburton is going to be a high draft pick and one who could be good in the league for awhile.

That is not to say that Haliburton is the perfect prospect, there are few that come out perfect. There are a few mechanical tweaks that need to be made, but whoever lands Haliburton can expect a rookie who will contribute right away.
