The Golden State Warriors and Detroit Pistons are two teams who could be busy this offseason, but they are at the very opposite end of the spectrum. However, the two sides could come together on an intriguing trade. That trade could end up including star power forward Blake Griffin.

Griffin is a name that has drawn some intrigue over the past couple of weeks. No one knows what the Pistons are planning with him, but he doesn’t fit the long-term picture. That is where the Warriors could come in.

Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson are going to be back at full health next season. That alone makes the Warriors a team to watch in the Western Conference. But, they need to make a front-court addition to take the next step.

Can you imagine a starting line up including Curry, Thompson, Draymond Green, and Griffin. Those four would be very tough to beat. If the Pistons are open to trading the All-Star forward, the Warriors could be a potential landing spot.
