New York Knicks

The Knicks need star power, and John Wall would provide that. Wall could be the type of player who, in time, could convince others to join him in New York –something the Knicks have lacked for years.

The question for the Knicks would be: Is Wall worth the cost that the Wizards would ask?

One thing the Knicks have working in their favor at the moment is a lack of financial commitments beyond 2021. New York has plenty of flexibility in the coming years, and Wall’s massive contract would eat into some of it.

The Knicks would have to decide if the addition of Wall is worth the cap space he would occupy. But Wall would bring star power to the Knicks unlike anything they’ve had since Carmelo Anthony.
