4. Phoenix Suns

The Phoenix Suns have been trying to make a deal for a star for years now. Since drafting Devin Booker, Phoenix has been trying to create a star-studded duo but have not been able to make that big move. This could be it.

Phoenix has a nice group of young talent including Deandre Ayton and Mikal Bridges. Kelly Oubre Jr. and Cam Johnson are also nice pieces. They could be used in a trade to get CJ McCollum to town.

Phoenix would immediately have one of the best backcourts in the league. Booker and McCollum are both guards who can handle the ball and score from anywhere on the floor.

The Suns were invited to the restart and went 8-0 in the NBA bubble. This was still not enough to get them into the playoffs. They need that one more star to help them perform in the regular season and get them over the hump.
