Chicago Bulls

Another team with young pieces that is trying to reach the next level is the Chicago Bulls.

Chicago holds the pick before Cleveland, No. 4, in next month’s draft. The Bulls have a coach in Billy Donovan who expects to win, and was not interested in a rebuild while in Oklahoma City.

If the Bulls acquire Simmons, Chicago should be in the playoff picture in the Eastern Conference. A trade to acquire Simmons certainly would raise expectations, but the Bulls have enough assets to pull off a deal.

Much like Cleveland, Chicago’s first round pick this year would be in the deal, plus possibly future picks and players.
