The Cleveland Cavaliers, thanks to years of lottery picks and another one next month, have ample young assets to offer in a Simmons trade.

Cleveland in particular has multiple young guards who could entice Philadelphia, in addition to picks.

Collin Sexton, Darius Garland, and Kevin Porter Jr. are among the pieces Cleveland could offer the 76ers for Simmons.

Those three guards, plus others, are also the reason Cleveland should push for a Simmons trade.

The Cavs have a young, rather inexperienced roster. Eventually, Cleveland needs to land a player of Simmons’ caliber if they want to reach the next level. Cleveland holds the No. 5 pick in next month’s draft, and it would have to be on the table in an offer for Simmons.
