The Minnesota Timberwolves have a multitude of options with the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. If Minnesota keeps the pick, LaMelo Ball is the favorite to be the selection. But Minnesota could also recoup several assets by trading the pick.

The Timberwolves have an established young core in Karl-Anthony Towns and D’Angelo Russell. The Wolves could add another star to the mix by putting the No. 1 pick up for sale.

Or if Minnesota’s front office prefers multiple picks to the No. 1 pick, a number of teams could bring enticing offers.

Whether Minnesota keeps the pick or trades it, the Wolves need to find a transformative talent who will help the team in the coming years.
