One NBA writer is proposing that the Oklahoma City Thunder acquire Bojan Bogdanovic from the Detroit Pistons.
Andy Bailey of Bleacher Report proposed the following trade idea between the Thunder and Pistons:
The Deal: Bojan Bogdanovic for Dāvis Bertāns, Ousmane Dieng and a 2029 first-round pick
Bailey believes Bogdanovic “could be a Sixth Man of the Year candidate as a shooter off the bench” for the Thunder, who have a talented core of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams.
“One pick, Bertāns’ contract as salary-filler and Dieng (a fun flier for Detroit) is a decent amount to give up, but flanking Gilgeous-Alexander and Williams with Bogdanovic’s shooting (he’s hit 2.4 threes per game with a 40.3 three-point percentage since the start of 2017-18) would make them even more dangerous,” Bailey wrote in his NBA trade proposal column. “He could be a Sixth Man of the Year candidate as a shooter off the bench for that squad.”

NBA NEWS & TRADE RUMORS: Bojan Bogdanovic, Detroit Pistons, Oklahoma City Thunder Updates
The Pistons have the worst record in the NBA at 2-22. It doesn’t make sense for the front office to keep Bogdanovic. The 34-year-old swingman is better suited to play for a contender like the Thunder and the Pistons can certainly get draft picks in return for Bogdanovic.
